Welcome to the Langley Park website, operated by the Langley Park Residents Association on behalf of the residents.
Langley Park was designed and constructed by Laing Homes and just 10 miles from central London and in a sought-after residential area of Beckenham, the award-winning Langley Park development is located in natural surroundings. Construction commenced late in 1998 and the first residents were celebrating Christmas 1999 in their new homes. The final stages were completed in 2004. The development includes 40 acres of open space offering its residents a private and peaceful lifestyle.
For peace of mind, the development is accessed through a gated, 24 hour manned entrance. Other key areas of the development are also monitored by a CCTV system via the security lodge.
Combining architecture inspired by the 19th century 'arts and crafts' movement with the latest technology, the houses on this development benefit from elegant high ceilings throughout yet have truly modern kitchens with a range of integrated appliances. Most homes have been designed with integral network cabling for audio and computer systems. There is a fitness trail through the private woods and parkland and access to The Langley Park Tennis Club.
The development has an active Residents Association . The LPRA coordinates resident requirements with the management company to ensure that the standards of the infrastructure and open spaces are maintained. Social activities have been well received by residents and more are planned.

Easter Egg Hunt Langley Park Residents Assocation
Thank you to all Residents who braved the cold and wind, and occasionally rain, to take part in the LP 2016 Easter Egg Hunt. Approximately 60 children took part in the event, claiming their Prize Egg at the end plus enjoying sweets and drinks while mum and dad enjoyed a Pimms.
A big thank you to Natalie Spear, Business Associate of Designer Travel, for sponsoring this event and staying will us all day helping to set up and pack up in the cold. Natalie will shortly be contacting one lucky Resident who has won the beautiful basket containing Easter treats, plants and flowers. When this is announced (based on e-mail addresses given to Natalie) I will drop the prize to you or leave it at the gatehouse.
On a sadder note, I have 3 very unhappy teddy bears as they lost one of their friends at the teddy bears picnic in the woods. If any mum or dad has noticed a teddy bear in their child's Easter basket can they please return it to me or leave at the gatehouse so that it can go back to its rightful owner.
Thank you again for participation in this event, and thanks to LPRA committee members for their help, and a special thank you to Claire Tree for her great administration all day. I look forward to seeing you at the un Day on 26th June
